Unpack
Deliver your new appliance to a room of your choice, unpack it, position it and level it
Connect & test
Connect the appliance to existing water and waste outlets where required, plug into a standard three-pin socket, and run a test cycle
Attach
Attach your cupboard door to the appliance for a seamless finish
Remove packaging
Remove and recycle all external packaging
Record
Take photos of the installation for our records
What we need from you
Access
Clear access from your front door to the installation room (this may include moving cars)
Dimensions
Double-check the appliance dimensions to make sure it fits your space
Appliance access
Make sure there is a standard three-pin, plus existing water and waste connections within 1 metre of the appliance location
If your appliance is next to a dishwasher
If your new appliance is next to a dishwasher, you may need a Y-piece to split the cold-water supply, which can be purchased from most hardware stores
Your old appliance
Ensure your old appliance is drained and ready for disconnection
A few things to know
Water isolation valve
If a water isolation valve doesn’t work (e.g. due to limescale), we won’t be able to fix it for you, and a plumber will be required
Vented tumble dryers
We don’t install vented tumble dryers, but can install condenser and heat pump models
Plumbing issues & missing parts
If there are plumbing issues or missing parts, we won’t be able to install
We don't make changes to your home
We don’t make changes to your home, including pipework, electrics, cabinetry, or removing doors
Your cupboard condition
We can’t install if your cupboards are damaged or in poor condition
We might be unable to complete installation
If access is restricted, conditions aren’t safe, or the weather is poor, we may be unable to complete the installation to avoid damage
